About Us
Enjoy the friendly atmosphere at our cafe

Ananda Cafe & Meditation Center is a branch of Ananda Marga (Path of Bliss). It is a social and spiritual organisation with a two-fold approach of "Self realisation and Service to humanity".

Self realisation is the goal of life, achieved through meditation, yoga and related spiritual practices. Service to all creation is the way of life in the society of a spiritual aspirant.

Ananda Marga was started in 1955 in India by its spiritual founder Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. In the course of the following years, the missionary monks and nuns of Ananda Marga have spread its philosophy to almost all countries of the world. Many people have benefitted by practising meditation and yoga in their everyday life
and have actively participated in the various social
service programs of Ananda Marga.
