We hold classes every day exept Wednesdays.

PRICE: ₮5,000 for a six week course
or
₮1,000 for a single class.

Each session comprises of warm-ups, yoga postures with breath control, self-massage and deep relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothes. Do not eat before classes. The exercises should be practiced on an empty stomach, 3-4 hours after a meal. You may bring a mat or use the ones available at the center.
